How Classes Work
We train in small, coach-led groups so every class includes real instruction, demonstration, and individual guidance.

- Everyone is working on their version of the workout — and contributing to the shared energy in the room.
- Programming runs in 6-week phases, so classes connect as part of a unified plan rather than random daily workouts.
