Our instructors will teach, inspire, coach technique, and adapt our workout framework to your ability level to put you on the path to results. Start by booking a free consultation to talk about your goals, perceived obstacles, and level of commitment you’re willing to make. If both sides feel it’s a good fit, we’ll schedule a first workout when you’ll do a body composition assessment followed by a Regenerative Fitness workout to assess your movement ability and fitness level. It’s also your opportunity to experience our approach and see if you connect with our trainer before committing to a personal training relationship.

Healing Bodywork
Bodywork is one of the most effective healing and longevity enhancing body maintenance routines you can integrate into your regular routine. Our bodywork is a combination of massage, fascial hygiene, and assisted stretching. Our healers will also guide you through proper breathing techniques to relax your nervous system to dissolve pain and restriction to restore balance.

Breathwork
Breathing is the gateway into the autonomic nervous system; the part of your neurology that controls mood, mobility, healing, tissue quality, digestion, metabolic rate, healing, recovery, and more. It’s truly the foundation of wellness – physical, mental, and spiritual. Teaching proper breathing is an underpinning of all of our physical training practice, but that is limited to breathing for strength, power, and recovery from exertion. There are breathwork techniques that offer so much more, so we devote some time in our Eagle group training schedule to slow things down; to go inward to check in so we can direct our body more responsibly rather than reactivity.
