Our weekly schedule includes a mix of strength-focused, mobility-focused, and dynamic strength & conditioning classes. You don’t need to attend every class type to get started. The Guided Intro helps you experience the rhythm of how we train.
We offer several ways to train depending on how often you’d like to attend. If you’re new to Free State, we recommend starting with the 3-Class Guided Intro before choosing a longer-term option. It’s a short, low-pressure way to experience how we train before committing to a membership or class package.
