You don’t need to be “in shape” to begin — just show up as you are. That’s where the training will meet you.
What happens after you sign up?
You’ll receive a short welcome email with guidance on choosing your first class.
You’ll book your first session right away (or later — your choice).
Train, explore, and see how it feels.
If you love it, we’ll talk next steps. If not, no pressure.
Many of our members use the free Free State Gym app to manage their schedule and book classes on the go. You’ll be invited to download it after checkout — it’s optional, but it makes things easy.
