How we do Group Fitness
Our Regenerative Fitness group classes in Eagle combine mobility, skill, strength, and conditioning into a comprehensive weekly training program. We plan the workouts to be interconnected and progress over the course of six week phases.
We don’t do haphazard fitness. If you join our group fitness tribe you’ll be starting a program that progresses and becomes more personalized over time.
The programming is intentionally conceived to improve how well you move and how good you feel, while making you stronger and fitter.
We don’t create workouts where the primary focus is making it hard, just for the sake of showing you how hard we can make a workout. In the moment it might feel like you got your money’s worth, but it’s not beneficial to you long term.

The expert instruction you receive in class will inform you on how to personalize your approach to our group workouts so you get the training stimulus that’s right for you to feel energized and revitalized from training rather than depleted and beaten up.
You’ll be joining a small group that trains together regularly. One that facilitates and supports each other like a team.
This is not a bootcamp with 20-30 people in class racing through stations with filler exercises and very little in the way of technique instruction or personalized coaching that would allow you to extract the most benefit from your time and effort.
Your body is designed to THRIVE! Training should heal your body, not break it down.
When you consistently apply the right training stimuli you unlock your body’s innate regenerative powers. Hormones optimize, mitochondrial function improves, and energetic and physiological systems come into alignment to reveal the healthiest, fittest, and most thriving version of you.

At the end of the trial week when you decide to become a Free State Citizen you can apply the $75 towards your first month of membership.
